Our quest log

From a single dice bag to Soho's loudest table

We started as a Tuesday-night meetup in a back room and grew into a two-floor gaming house. Here's how the campaign unfolded.

  1. 2016

    The Tuesday table

Twelve regulars, one battered copy of Catan and a shared library of 40 games crammed into a Soho café's back room.

  2. 2019

    Brewer Street opens

We took the keys to 58 Brewer Street, fitted the ground floor with 120 games and a proper bar, and never looked back.

  3. 2022

    The arcade floor

Downstairs became a retro arcade: 14 restored cabinets, a LAN pit and a stage for our monthly tournament finals.

  4. Today

    200+ games, one community

Game gurus on every shift, weekly leagues and a shelf that grows every month — all still built around that first Tuesday table.

Walk-ins are welcome any day and most tables are first-come. That said, Friday and Saturday evenings fill up fast, so we recommend booking a table online or by phone if there are more than four of you.

Not at all. Every shift has trained game gurus whose whole job is recommending something for your group and teaching it in a few minutes. Tell us your mood and how long you've got, and we'll pull the perfect box off the shelf.

Yes to both. The bar pours local craft beer, wine and proper coffee, and the kitchen does loaded fries, toasties and vegan bowls until 22:30. Your day pass lasts the whole session, so settle in — nobody's rushing you off the table.

We hire out the arcade floor for groups of 10 to 40, with a dedicated host, a games menu and optional catering. Birthdays, team socials and stag/hen quests all welcome — drop us a message with your date and headcount for a quote.
